A tiny home can be constructed much faster than traditional homes. Time should be allotted for permits, inspections, and un-forseen circumstances. However, Southern Comfort Tiny Homes seeks to have projects completed in under 8-weeks.

What Is The Process To Purchase A Tiny Home?

The process can vary slightly depending on where you will be placing your new home. If you have a place already, we will select your design or customize with you. We will then secure the 50% deposit required to start construction, secure required permits (if necessary), and begin construction on first come basis.

If you need to locate a place to put your tiny home and would like our assistance, we can assist in locating a property within our network or area that is to your liking.

What Payments Are Required to Get Started?

We require a 50% deposit to get your project on the schedule. We do not do draws and will only accept the remaining payment upon completion of project.

Do I Need To Provide My Own Plans?

We have multiple tiny home plans available to choose from. These can be modified to fit your needs. If you do not see a plan of your liking, we are happy to build your tiny home with a plan that you provide.
